Synopsis
Grace is a mental health professional currently providing counseling services to Philadelphia’s underserved populations.Passionate about community empowerment,Grace founded and currently serves as the executive director of SAFWE,a youth-led initiative facilitating partnerships towards community development.She is also the founder of YouthLed,an online platform connecting youth working in their communities to create change.Grace holds a BA in Sociology and MS in Counseling,both from Villanova University.
