Synopsis

I’m a Peer Mentor at my school. My work mostly involves introducing new students to campus and helping with their transition. I work with non-traditional students and students from underrepresented backgrounds. I am also highly involved with the International student Services where I serve as a member of the International Student Advisory Board. I recently just started the Afrophilic Theme Floor which serves as a platform for fellow students to have conversations surrounding Africa’s economy and development, and get an in-depth insight on African culture and practices. Additionally, I enjoy being part of STEMFemmes and RELAY-Reed Leadership Academy-as I have been able to widen my network and develop worthwhile relationships.
