Synopsis
Ruth Wangia graduated in May 2015 with a Bachelors degree in Environmental Sciences from Spelman College.
While at Spelman,she has served as one of the Sustainable Spelman Interns. Ruth has conceived and implemented numerous environmental sustainability initiatives on Spelman’s campus. She has been honored as one of the speakers at the Women,Leadership and Sustainability Conference.
She is currently a Global Occupational and Environmental Health Research Associate at the University of Georgia where she is pursuing graduate studies.
