Synopsis
I work first hand with customers to help maintain their accounts and also help introduce and educate them of new products that the company offers. Also with the ever changing technology and upgrade in different products I work to help bring to management’s attention on what is working, what needs to be upgraded and what the customer really needs since I’m in contact with the customers on a daily basis.
